I am a PhD student at the Computer Architecture and Embedded Systems Research Center, School of Computer Science and Technology, Shandong University, and my supervisor is Professor Mengying Zhao. My research interests lie in non-volatile FPGA and non-volatile memory based in-memory computing. Specifically, I focus on optimizing the chip’s EDA (Electronic Design Automation) processes, including physical synthesis and logical synthesis, to harness the inherent properties of non-volatile memory. This involves addressing characteristics such as long write time, limited lifetime to enhance the chip’s operational performance and lifetime.
